here are some displayed terms that should be known and done by the customers who are interested to our tour package products as follow:
01. Reservation and booking products that we have offered to you, please feel free send to sending me message through WhatsApp or email to make the reservations your tour by having me in 24 hours mobile phone service to assist you to get quickest detailed information request is received. Then I will send you the official comfirmations of booking to you immediately after we got an advance payment or deposit from you.
02.payment System
On request, should be paid in advance as we deal and received your reservation.
The balance of the payment a day before the trip or on the date of departure by cash or card, payment on the day of departure we only receive cash and card but if by card there is 3 % extra fee

03. Cancelation fee
1 month before departure date” no change “
21-14 days before departure date 50% from total tour price.
13 – 6 days before departure date 75 % from the total price.
Within 5 days before departure date 100% from the total price.

04.Refund”
No refund on used service

05.Accomodations
This tour is based on natural adventures, so most of the boat and rooms you stay overnight during this trip are small and simple but always clean and pretty nice pure natura, note : if you are not an adventurous enough, it’s be better no recommended to take this trip.

06.Travel Insurance
We would please to recommend you that, it’s really sure that your any kind of insurance has been covered in realiable insurance company in your country such as: travel insurance, insident insurance or any other sort of insurance. We do not include it on this tour package, so please take your own insurance with you during your travel date.

07. limitation of responsibility
We will try to do the best for organizing your tour on Komodo and Lombok and we only act in the capacity as a tour guide and Organizer for the tours, transportation and hotel as well. We don’t responsible for any important personal belongings missing, denage, delay and irregularities of flight schedule, minor or major accident including death, any natural disaster or worst weather that make you trip is uncomfortable and so on, which are really beyond of my control.

08.something to bring with you some enough cash, proper walking shoes, trousers sweather or jackets, long sleeves, sun glasses, sun hat, sun lotion, towel, finish, swimming suit and etc.
